Access the Infoage Cloud Platform control panel at /login.

Login credentials

• Email: The email address used during registration
• Password: The temporary password emailed to you (change on first login)

Remember me

Check “Remember me” to stay signed in for 30 days. Otherwise, your session expires after 24 hours of inactivity.

Forgot password?

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page:

1. Enter your registered email
2. Check your inbox for a reset link
3. Set a new password (min 8 characters)
4. Sign in with new credentials

First login

On your first login:

1. You’ll be prompted to change your temporary password
2. Set up your profile (name, avatar, preferences)
3. Complete the quick start checklist

Session management

• Access token: 15 minutes (auto-refreshed)
• Refresh token: 7 days (30 days with “Remember me”)
• Concurrent sessions: Up to 5 active sessions
• Security: All tokens stored in HttpOnly cookies

Troubleshooting

Invalid credentials

• Verify email is correct
• Check caps lock
• Use “Forgot password?” if unsure

Account locked

After 5 failed attempts, account is locked for 15 minutes. Wait or use password reset.

Session expired

You’ll be redirected to /login with a message. Sign in again.

Two-factor authentication (coming soon)

2FA will be available in a future release for enhanced security.
