Billing events

The platform automatically processes:

1. Subscription creation - Trial starts
2. Trial ending - 3-day notification sent
3. Subscription charged - Monthly on billing date
4. Payment failed - Retry logic + notifications
5. Subscription cancelled - Grace period applied
6. Subscription renewed - Automatic each cycle

Payment failures

If a payment fails:

1. Immediate retry - Attempted within 1 hour
2. Day 1 retry - Second attempt
3. Day 3 retry - Third attempt
4. Day 7 - Subscription paused
5. Day 14 - Subscription cancelled

You’ll receive email notifications at each stage.

Tax handling

• GST (India): Auto-calculated based on billing address
• VAT (EU): Reverse charge for B2B
• Other regions: Calculated per local regulations

Refunds

• Trial period: Full refund within 14 days
• Paid period: Pro-rated refunds for unused time
• Process: Contact support with invoice reference
