Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ICP or any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to access systems without authorization, interfering with the services, or using the services for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid features require a valid payment method. Billing is handled by our payment provider and is automatically processed according to your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Intellectual property
The services and all related software, content, and branding are the property of The Infoage Solutions and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
